The United Employers Association (UEA) Benefits Program offers eligible Pacific Northwest industrial sector employers the pricing benefits of a large group purchasing arrangement and a professionally managed program. Small- to mid-sized employers can take advantage of high-quality, affordable benefit options usually only available to larger employers.

Available benefits include medical plans, underwritten by UnitedHealthcare^®, which were specially designed for United Employers Association. Members also receive access to COBRA and FSA administration services, benefits advocacy, enrollment and education support, and benefit information translation services.

UEA was established in 1906 to support Northwest employers in the manufacturing industries with a wide range of employment and labor relations issues. Today, UEA continues to work on behalf of employers with employee and labor relations, training, pay and benefit surveys, and much more.
